Marie Oswald

Marie Oswald holds a law degree (LL.B), as well as a professional Chartered Director (C.Dir.) designation.

Following a career in legal and compliance leadership in the financial services industry, Marie is currently an independent director on a number of corporate boards throughout Ontario.

Active in her community, she previously served as Board Chair and Director at Oakville Enterprises Corporation and Oakville Hydro Electricity Distribution Inc. and is currently Board Chair at ArtHouse for Children and Youth, a Halton Region based charity.
